摘要
教育家精神内涵丰富,蕴含深刻哲理思想,对提升职教教师职业素养具有重要的指导价值和引领意义。将教育家精神真正融入职教教师职业素养,并成为其核心组成部分,关键在于内化、转化、固化等系列行动和过程,但现实中,在宣传引导、培育机制、激励保障和社会环境等方面存在诸多羁绊。这就需要在制度规范、教师培育、内生动力、环境氛围等方面采取措施,多方协同,共同推进。
The educator’s spirit is rich in connotation and contains profound philosophical thoughts,which has important guiding value and leading significance for improving the professional quality of vocational education teachers.The key to truly integrate the educator’s spirit into the professional quality of vocational teachers and become its core component lies in a series of actions and processes such as internalization,transformation,and solidification.However,in reality,there are many obstacles in terms of propaganda guidance,cultivation mechanisms,incentive guarantees,and social environment.This requires measures to be taken in terms of institutional norms,teacher training,endogenous motivation,environmental atmosphere,etc.,and multi-party collaboration to jointly promote it.
