摘要 随着职业教育在社会中日益占据举足轻重的地位,探索职业教育评估的有效性和公平性成为炙手可热的话题。2024年3月,OECD发布《PISA职业教育与培训(VET)评估和分析框架》,全面阐述项目的评估目的、指导原则、评估范围、目标人群以及背景调查问卷、系统级数据的应用与分析;选择五个职业领域为试点,聚焦具体职业;确定四项技能作为评估的核心就业技能。框架构建了全面且系统的职业教育评估体系,为我国职业教育技能评估提供借鉴启示。 As vocational education increasingly occupies a pivotal position in society,exploring the effectiveness and fairness of vocational education assessment has become a hot topic.In March 2024,the OECD released the“PISA Vocational Education and Training(VET)Assessment and Analytical Framework”,which comprehensively elaborates on the project’s evaluation purpose,guiding principles,evaluation scope,target population,and application and analysis of background questionnaires and system-level data;Five occupational fields were selected as pilots and focus on specific occupations;four skills were identified as core employment skills for assessment.The framework builds a comprehensive and systematic vocational education evaluation system and provides inspiration for the assessment of vocational education skills in China.
