乡村振兴背景下农村大学生就业的机遇、困境与路径

人才既是推动乡村振兴的宝贵资源,也是引领乡村发展的不竭动力。乡村振兴战略的深入实施与各项政策资源的不断输入为农村大学生返乡就业搭建了发展空间、提供了就业机遇。同时,农村大学生在就业环境和条件方面缺乏优势,就业问题更为严峻,乡村设施、环境的不断改善和各项政策资源的不断支持,使得农村大学生返乡就业意愿逐渐强烈,就业知识和技能针对乡村发展亟须实时调整和补充。由此,农村大学生返乡就业既能满足乡村振兴人才支撑需要,也能有效解决农村大学生就业问题,改善农村家庭经济状况,助力城乡共同富裕。基于乡村振兴人才发展需求和农村大学生就业问题,深入分析乡村振兴为农村大学生带来的就业机遇及学生自身的就业调整和补位,并提出针对性建议方案。

Talents are not only a valuable resource to promote rural revitalization,but also an inexhaustible driving force to lead rural development.The in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the continuous input of various policy resources have provided development space and employment opportunities for rural college students to return home for employment.At the same time,rural college students lack advantages in terms of employment environment and conditions,and the employment problem is even more severe.The continuous improvement of rural facilities and environment as well as the continuous support of various policy resources make rural college students willingness to return to their hometown for employment increasingly strong,but their employment knowledge and skills urgently need to be adjusted and supplemented in real time according to the development of rural villages.Therefore,the return of rural college students for employment can not only meet the needs of talent support for rural revitalization,but also effectively solve the employment problem of rural college students,improve the economic situation of rural families,and help urban and rural common prosperity.Based on the talent development needs of rural revitalization and the employment problems of rural college students,the employment opportunities brought by rural revitalization for rural college students as well as the employment adjustment and filling of students themselves were deeply analyzed,and targeted proposals were put forward.
