摘要
“四链”融合是新工科人才培养策略的重要指引。国内外高校在新工科人才思维能力、交叉学科和合作培养等方面取得积极进展,主要形成了人才培养和就业导向合作模式、科研服务社会发展导向型合作模式。目前,“四链”融合视域下新工科人才培养还存在培养方案相对滞后、师资建设亟须提升、企业需求传导机制不够健全等问题,需要进一步完善学科交叉融合机制、培养数智化新工科人才、推进师资队伍共建共用、加大培养共同体支持政策力度等。
The integration of“four-chains”is an important guideline for the training strategy of new engineering talents.Colleges and universities at home and abroad have made positive progress in the thinking ability,interdiscipline and cooperative cultivation of new engineering talents,and have mainly formed the cooperation mode of talent cultivation and employment-oriented,and an oriented cooperation model in which scientific research serves social development.At present,there are still some problems in the cultivation of new engineering talents under the perspective of“four-chains”integration,such as relatively lagging training programs,urgent need to improve the construction of teachers,and insufficient transmission mechanism of enterprise demand.It is necessary to further improve the interdisciplinary integration mechanism,cultivate intellectual new engineering talents,promote the joint construction and sharing of teaching staff,and increase policy support for the cultivation community.
