高强耐磨结构针织面料的开发

摘要 研究开发一种具有高强耐磨结构的针织面料,由包含芳纶的纤维织造而成,具有凹凸的双层结构。采用芳纶材料和双层结构提高面料的耐磨性能,解决了面料表面,特别是制作于手腕、手肘、膝盖部位面料耐磨性能差的问题。经试验,面料的平均耐磨指数Ai值为0.001 1 g/次,面料的耐磨性远高于普通面料的平均水平。该项目开发的高强耐磨结构针织面料因结构特殊,具有优异的耐磨性,同时具有手感柔软、适合贴身穿着的特点。 A high-strength and wear-resistant knitted fabric has been developed,which is knitted from fibers containing aramid fibers,a double layered structure with concave and convex features.The use of aramid material and double layer structure can improve the wear resistance of the fabric,solve the problem of poor wear resistance on the surface of the fabric,especially on the wrist,elbow,and knee parts.After testing,the average wear index Ai value of the fabric is 0.0011 g/time,and the wear resistance of the fabric is much higher than the average level of ordinary fabrics.The results show that the high-strength and wear-resistant knitted fabric developed in this project has excellent wear resistance due to its special structure,while also having a soft feel and suitable for wearing close to the body.
