石墨和聚四氟乙烯对硅橡胶亲水性和保水性的影响

摘要 通过填充润滑填料石墨粉和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)以及表面喷涂石墨涂层或PTFE涂层两种方法对硅橡胶表面的亲水性与保水性进行研究。结果表明:与纯硅橡胶相比,喷涂石墨涂层和PTFE涂层的硅橡胶表面亲水性增强,在滑动摩擦时保水性较好;喷涂石墨涂层的硅橡胶的静摩擦因数最小,且石墨涂层与硅橡胶的结合效果优于PTFE涂层与硅橡胶的结合效果。 The surface hydrophilicity and water retention of silicone rubber were studied by filling the silicone rubber with lubricating filler graphite or polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE),as well as surface spraying with graphite or PTFE coatings.The results showed that,compared with pure silicone rubber,the surface hydrophilicity and the water retention during sliding friction of silicone rubber with graphite and PTFE coatings were enhanced.The static friction coefficient of the silicone rubber with graphite coating was the smallest,and the bonding effect of graphite coating and silicone rubber was better than that of PTFE coating and silicone rubber.
