全钢子午线轮胎胎圈复合填充胶预口型的优化设计

摘要 对全钢子午线轮胎胎圈复合填充胶预口型进行优化设计。结果表明:选择合适的材料可以增大预口型表面的硬度,从而改善预口型使用中磕碰、磨损的现象;扩大预口型流胶口出口尺寸能够使其匹配多种规格的口型板,从而大幅减少预口型的更换;调整预口型流胶口贴合面尺寸,可以解决半部件贴合面容易出现气泡、脱层的问题。使用改进后的预口型可以缩短轮胎生产时间,提高轮胎半成品质量。 The optimal design of the pre-former for composite bead filler compounds of all-steel radial tires was improved.The results showed that selecting the appropriate materials could increase the hardness of the pre-former surface,thereby reducing the phenomenon of collision and wear of the pre-former during use.Expanding the outlet size of the pre-former flow compound port could make it match multiple specifications of die plates,thereby significantly reducing the replacement of pre-formers.Adjusting the size of the pre-former flow compound port fitting surface could solve the problems of bubbles and delamination on the fitting surface of tire semi-finished components.Using the modified pre-former could shorten the tire production time and improve the quality of tire semi-finished components.
