摘要 介绍12.00R2020PR矿用全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1134 mm,断面宽310 mm,行驶面宽度250 mm,行驶面弧度高8.7 mm,胎圈着合宽度230 mm,胎圈着合直径512 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_(1)/H_(2))1.016,胎面花纹采用横向贯通式宽花纹沟设计,花纹块间增设加强筋,花纹深度25 mm,花纹饱和度72%,花纹周节数31。施工设计:胎面采用双复合结构,胎体采用3+9+15×0.225ST钢丝帘线,带束层采用4层带束层+0°带束层结构,其中1#和2#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,3#和4#带束层采用1×5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层宽度为40 mm,采用三鼓成型机成型,采用蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均达到国家标准及相应设计要求。 The design of 12.00R2020PR all-steel truck and bus radial tire for mining was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1134 mm,cross-section width 310 mm,width of running surface 250 mm,arc height of running surface 8.7 mm,bead width at rim seat 230 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 512 mm,maximum width position of cross section(H_(1)/H_(2))1.016,using a transverse through type wide pattern groove for tread pattern,and reinforcement ribs were added between the pattern blocks,pattern depth 25 mm,block/total ratio 72%,and number of pattern pitches 31.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using double compound structure for tread,using 3+9+15×0.225ST steel cord for carcass,using 4 layers belt+0°belt structure for belt,3+8×0.33HT steel cord for 1^(#) and 2^(#) belt,1×5×0.30HI steel cord for 3^(#) and 4^(#) belt,40 mm of 0°belt width,using three-drum building machine to build tire and steamer curing press to cure tire.The finished tire performance test results showed that the inflation peripheral dimensions,strength performance and durability of the finished tire met the requirements of national standards and corresponding design.
