摘要
NAC(NAM、ATAF1/2、CUC2)转录因子家族是植物中最大的转录因子家族之一,参与多种非生物胁迫的抗逆反应.本研究发现水稻转录因子Os NAC019(Os01g0884300)的表达具有组织特异性,并且响应多种处理.此外,利用CRISPR/Cas9基因敲除系统,成功敲除OsNAC019,并且初步观察突变体osnac019具有干旱敏感的性状,敲除后的突变体千粒重有所降低,但对种子萌发率、根长影响不大.这些发现不仅为进一步研究转录因子OsNAC019的功能提供资料,也为其在水稻抗性育种中的潜在应用提供了新的见解.
The NAC(NAM,ATAF1/2,and CUC2)transcription factor family is one of the largest transcription factor families in plants,and participates in a variety of abiotic stress responses.The expression of the rice transcription factor Os NAC019 was tissue-specific,and it responded to a variety of treatments.In addition,the CRISPR/Cas9 system was used to successfully knock out OsNAC019,and observed that the mutant osnac019 was drought sensitive.The thousand-kernel weight of the mutant was reduced,but it almost not affected the seed germination rate and root length.These findings not only provide data for further research on the function of the transcription factor Os NAC019,but also provide new insights into its potential application in rice resistance breeding.
