桡动脉的围术期管理及提高通畅率的临床策略的研究进展

摘要 随着多支动脉甚至全动脉冠状动脉旁路移植术的理念普及,桡动脉备受心脏外科医生的青睐。得益于抗痉挛药物的出现、手术技术的改良以及更合适的靶血管选择,多项研究表明桡动脉具有显著的通畅率,并至今得到了广泛的应用。本文旨在阐述动脉旁路移植血管的发展历史、桡动脉的应用现状以及如何通过围术期的有效管理确保桡动脉作为移植血管的可能性、减少围手术期各种因素对于桡动脉的损伤以保证移植血管的质量。
