基于平乐郭氏正骨“筋骨并重”理论浅析筋骨痛消丸组方用药规律

Analysis of Medication Rules in Formulation of Jingu Tongxiao Pills Based on"Emphasis on Both Sinews and Bones"of Pingle GUO's Bonesetting Theory

筋骨痛消丸是依据平乐郭氏正骨理论研制而成的中药类新制剂,具有活血化瘀、行气止痛、温通经络等功效,在治疗膝骨关节炎方面获得显著效果。本文根据平乐郭氏正骨“筋骨并重”理论,结合君臣佐使的组方原则,对筋骨痛消丸组方中药进行配伍关系分析,总结筋骨痛消丸的组方用药规律,以期为临床治疗膝骨关节炎提供新思路。

Jingu Tongxiao Pills is a new Chinese medicine formulation developed based on Pingle GUO's bonesetting theory.It has the effects of invigorating blood and dissolving stasis,moving qi to relieve pain,and warming and unblocking the meridian and collateral,and has achieved significant results in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.This article,based on the"emphasis on both sinews and bones"of Pingle GUO's bonesetting theory and the formulation rules of chief,deputy,assistant and envoy,analyzes the compatibility relationship of Chinese medicinals in the formulation of Jingu Tongxiao Pills,aiming to summarize the medication rules of Jingu Tongxiao Pills's formulation and provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
