从“玄府-气液-神”探讨抑郁症的病机与治疗

Exploration on the pathogenesis and treatment of depression based on‘Xuanfu-qi liquid-Shen’

从“玄府-气液-神”角度解析“形与神俱”,认为抑郁症的发生发展为形神共病。在疾病过程流的角度上,深入剖析抑郁症玄府郁闭、气液失宣、精阻神伤的病机层次,认为“形”受损是抑郁症产生的根据,“神”失调是抑郁症产生的条件。治疗则以“开通玄府”为主要治则,通补兼施,形神并顾,并根据抑郁症特殊症状,灵活加减,以期指导抑郁症临床治疗。

From the perspective of‘Xuanfu-qi liquid-Shen’,we analyze‘form and Shen’and believe that the development of depression is a co-morbidity of form and Shen.From the perspective of disease process flow,we analyze in depth the pathogenic level of depression,which is depression of the Xuanfu,loss of qi liquid,and injury to the spirit,and believe that damage to the‘form’is the basis of depression,and disorder of the‘Shen’is the condition of depression.The treatment is based on the principle of‘opening up the Xuanfu’,which is a combination of both reinforcing and dredging methods,and the form and the spirit,with flexible addition and subtraction according to the special symptoms of depression,in order to guide the clinical treatment of depression.
