孔立化湿护阴解毒法论治新型冠状病毒感染重症

KONG Li’s treatment on severe cases of Corona Virus Disease 2019 by dispelling dampness,protecting yin and detoxification

新型冠状病毒感染属于中医“疫”病范畴,中医药治疗相关感染具有一定优势,尤其是针对感染重症患者。文章通过分析孔立教授治疗新型冠状病毒感染重症的典型案例,系统总结其对新型冠状病毒感染重症辨证论治,提出针对不同患者要“三因制宜、分期论治”,并创新性使用化湿护阴解毒法论治重症患者。同时针对重症患者提出“肺肠同治”法,强调患者腑气通畅的重要性,老年患者临床治疗过程中要重视“固护阴液”。

Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)belongs to the category of‘epidemic’diseases of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and TCM has certain advantages in the treatment of related infections,especially for patients with severe infections.Based on the analysis of professor KONG Li’s typical cases in the treatment of severe cases of COVID-19,this paper systematically summarizes his ideas on the treatment of severe cases of COVID-19 based on syndrome differentiation,proposes that different patients should be treated by‘three factors and stages’,and innovatively uses the method of dispelling dampness,protecting yin and detoxification to treat severe patients.At the same time,the‘lung-intestinal co-treatment’method is proposed for severe patients,emphasizing the importance of smooth circulation of abdominal qi in patients,and paying attention to‘strengthening and protecting yin fluid’in the clinical treatment of elderly patients.
