基于“肝疏七郁”论治慢性萎缩性胃炎思路

Exploration on treating chronic atrophic gastritis based on the theory of‘liver relieving seven depression’

文章介绍通过升发、疏泄肝气治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的思路,系统总结诊断要点及用药特色。提出肝气升发、疏泄无力导致机体缺乏生机是慢性萎缩性胃炎的基础病机,并可由此引发气、血、寒、热、湿、食、津的郁滞,形成“七郁”的演化病机。针对以上病机,提出以升发、疏泄肝气为基础治法,激活胃腺体及黏膜的生理功能,辅以不同药对及花类药治疗7种郁滞,疏通病理产物的阻滞,从而达到标本兼治的目的。

This paper introduces the idea of treating chronic atrophic gastritis by ascending and soothing liver qi.Systematically summarizes diagnosis points and medication characteristics.This paper proposes that the basic pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis is the lack of vitality in the body caused by the ascend and sooth of liver qi and the relaxation function,which can lead to stagnation of qi,blood,cold,heat,dampness,food,and fluid,forming an evolutionary pathogenesis of‘seven depression’.In response to the above pathogenesis,this paper is based on the principle of ascending and soothing liver qi,activating the physiological functions of the gastric gland and mucosa,supplemented by different drug pairs and anthers to treat seven types of stagnation,unblocking the blockages of pathological products,and achieving the goal of treating both symptoms and root causes.
