摘要
随着能源绿色低碳转型,传统电力系统“源随荷动”运行模式已无法满足电力系统当前电源端清洁化、终端电力消费电气化、电网智能化的转型趋势。电网需求峰谷差逐渐扩大,高峰用电时刻电力供应局部紧张情况不时出现。亟需通过市场化手段,挖掘负荷侧调节能力,经济灵活地应对发用电实时平衡。基于对苏州虚拟电厂试点项目的调研结果,总结当前苏州市空调资源参与电力市场中面临的关键制约因素,提出苏州地区楼宇空调领域虚拟电厂实现常态化运营的发展路径,以期推动虚拟电厂更好地适应新型电力系统建设要求,助力虚拟电厂在苏州的可持续发展目标。
With the green-oriented transition of energy,the“source following load”operation mode of the traditional power system has been unable to meet the current trend of cleaner power supply,electrification of terminal power consumption and intelligent power grid.The peak and valley gap of power grid demand has gradually expanded,and local tension of power supply at peak times has occurred from time to time.It is urgent to use market-oriented means to tap the load-side adjustment ability,and respond to the real-time balance of generation and electricity economically and flexibly.Based on the research results of the Suzhou virtual power plant pilot project,this paper summarizes the key constraints faced by the current air conditioning resources in Suzhou to participate in the electricity market,and puts forward the development path for the normalized operation of the virtual power plant in the field of building air conditioning in Suzhou,in order to promote the virtual power plant to better adapt to the requirements of the new power system construction,and help the sustainable development goal of the virtual power plant in Suzhou.
