新质生产力驱动煤炭企业“双碳”战略实施路径研究

Research on the implementation path of“Dual Carbon”strategy in coal enterprises driven by new quality productivity

首先阐明新质生产力的概念及其主要特征,其次从技术、政策、市场和管理4个角度系统梳理了煤炭企业在实施“双碳”战略中所面临的挑战,然后从技术创新、生产管理优化、组织结构调整和创新激励机制4个方面提出了新质生产力驱动煤炭企业“双碳”战略实施的具体路径,最后提出若干对策以保障煤炭企业“双碳”战略的顺利实施,包括完善政策法规与激励机制、增加研发投入与建设合作平台、拓宽融资渠道与优化资本结构、强化领导层支持与内部管理体系优化、加强人才培养与环保意识提升、鼓励社会监督与公众参与等。研究旨在提升煤炭企业竞争力与可持续发展能力,并为实现企业“双碳”战略目标提供理论指导和实践参考。

Firstly,the concept of new quality productivity and its main features are clarified.Secondly,the challenges faced by coal enterprises in the implementation of dual-carbon strategy are systematically sorted out from four perspectives:technology,policy,market and management.Then,it proposes a specific path for coal enterprises to implement the dual-carbon strategy driven by the new quality productivity from four aspects:technological innovation,production management optimization,organizational structure adjustment and innovation incentive mechanism.Finally,this paper proposes a number of countermeasures to ensure the smooth implementation of dualcarbon strategies in coal enterprises,including improving policies,regulations and incentives,increasing investment in R&D and building cooperation platforms,expanding financing channels and optimizing capital structure,strengthening leadership support and optimizing the internal management system,enhancing talent training and environmental protection awareness,and encouraging social supervision and public participation.This study aims to enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development of coal enterprises,and to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for achieving the goal of dual-carbon strategy of enterprises.
