The central financial work conference proposed to do well in Sci-Tech finance area.It is necessary and inevitable to do a good job in science and technology finance,which is embodied in the expansion of innovation effect,market effect and segmentation effect.Some of the current problems in Sci-Tech finance are reflected in the disconnection between the institutional level and the practical level,the transformation of the credit system is slower than the market transformation,the large amount of credit and the structural imbalance in some fields.In the next step,to develop Sci-Tech finance,it is recommended to ensure the specialization of science and technology finance development through organizational and ecological construction,establish a policy,management and risk control system suitable for commercial banks'science and technology finance,and accelerate the construction of capital markets,intellectual property rights and technology contract markets and data platforms.
