藻-菌颗粒污泥工艺对不同碳源污水的处理效能

摘要 藻-菌颗粒污泥(MBGS)工艺是一种低碳绿色的污水处理新技术。该工艺通过细菌和微藻间协同作用去除污染物,具有效能高、能耗低、温室气体排放少等优点。目前关于MBGS工艺的报道较多,但对于不同碳源污水的研究对比相对欠缺,这在一定程度上限制了该工艺的进一步应用。文章探究了MBGS工艺处理分别以乙酸钠、葡萄糖和蔗糖为碳源的模拟污水的效能。试验结果表明,碳源种类对MBGS工艺去除有机物影响较小,当乙酸钠作为碳源时效能最高,平均去除率可达87.3%。在氨氮去除方面,蔗糖作为碳源的效果最佳,平均去除率达92.3%。对于磷酸盐,乙酸钠作为碳源时MBGS的去除效能最高,平均去除率为82.3%,这可能与系统的pH有关(乙酸钠产碱,葡萄糖、蔗糖产酸)。此外,葡萄糖更有助于颗粒粒径的增长,而蔗糖作为碳源时MBGS的叶绿素a质量分数最高(7.3 mg/g),说明蔗糖可能更有利于促进MBGS中微藻的代谢和生长。文章的研究结果可为MBGS的基础研究与应用提供了理论支持。 Microalgal-bacterial granular sludge(MBGS)process is a novel low-carbon and green wastewater treatment technology.In this process,pollutants are removed through the synergistic effect between bacteria and microalgae,possessing the advantages of high efficiency,low energy consumption and low greenhouse gases emissions.At present,there have been many reports on the MBGS process for treating municipal wastewater,but there is still a lack of research on wastewater containing different carbon sources,which limits the further application of this process to some extent.This study explored the performance of MBGS process for treating synthetic wastewater containing sodium acetate,glucose,and sucrose as carbon sources,respectively.The results showed that the type of carbon source had little effect on the removal of organics in the MBGS process,and sodium acetate was the most effective when it was used as a carbon source,with an average removal efficiency of 87.3%.Sucrose was most favorable for the disposal of ammonia nitrogen by MBGS when it was used as a carbon source,with an average removal efficiency of 92.3%.For phosphate,MBGS achieved the optimal performance when sodium acetate was used as a carbon source,with an average removal efficiency of 82.3%,probably owing to the pH values in the MBGS system,with acetate favoring alkali production and glucose and sucrose favoring acid production.Additionally,glucose better supported the growth of granule size,and the chlorophyll a content of MBGS was the highest when sucrose was used as the carbon source(7.3 mg/g),indicating that sucrose might be more favorable to promote the metabolism and growth of microalgae in MBGS.This study may be helpful for the basic research and application of MBGS.
