摘要
文章探索一套基于溶解性有机物-三维荧光光谱法(DOM-3DEEM)技术的城镇污水处理厂进水异常的快速溯源方案,包括水样前处理和分析、适合的DOM-3DEEM监测分析参数和比对算法、收集典型污染水样建立带污染源特征的DOM-3DEEM数据库,以及建立本案例中某污水处理厂管网水系各监测点的DOM-3DEEM数据库。过程为:探查对象水系管网情况、制定采样方案、样品分析、数据处理和收录数据库、制定比对和溯源方案。开展了案例的DOM-3DEEM总体分析和异常溯源分析,包括特征峰全库和多库比对、荧光特征图示和比对、荧光曲面比对等工作。结果表明,特征峰全库和多库比对用于溯源具有特异性,从诸多荧光特征指标中筛选到荧光指数(FI)用于溯源,样品曲面比对方案能通过衡量相似度有效反映上下游分支影响的传递。综合结论认为,通过对比偶见特异峰、筛选特征参数、设定合适曲面原始数据,运用DOM-3DEEM技术能有效地对城镇污水处理厂进水异常情况进行溯源。
Exploring a fast traceability solution for abnormal influent in municipal wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)based on dissolved organic matter-three-dimensional excitation emission matrix(DOM-3DEEM)technology is the aim of this study.The solution included water sample pre-treatment and analysis,appropriate DOM-3DEEM monitoring and analysis parameters,comparison algorithms,collection of typical polluted water samples to establish a DOM-3DEEM database with pollution source characteristics,and the establishment of a DOM-3DEEM database for various monitoring points in the water system of the municipal WWTP in this case.The process involved investigating the situation of the water system network,developing a sampling plan,analyzing samples,data processing and inclusion in the database,and devising comparison and traceability plans.The study conducted an overall analysis and anomaly tracing analysis of the DOM-3DEEM,including comparing feature peaks in the entire and multiple databases,fluorescence feature mapping and comparing,and comparing fluorescence surface.The results indicated that comparing feature peaks in the entire and multiple databases had specificity for traceability.The fluorescence index(FI)was selected as a traceability parameter from various fluorescence characteristics.The sample′s fluorescence surface comparison solution could effectively reflect the transmission of influence from upstream and downstream branches by measuring similarity.In conclusion,by comparing unique peaks,selecting characteristic parameters, setting appropriate surface raw data, it is possible to effectively trace abnormal conditions in the influent ofmunicipal WWTP by utilizing DOM-3DEEM technology.
