新工科背景下的虚实结合传感器实践教学——以传感器原理及应用课程为例

摘要 针对目前传感器原理及应用课程实践教学受空间和时间的约束难以拓展的问题,分析了采用传统实验箱模式存在的问题,提出了基于“虚实结合”的实践教学模式。介绍了虚实结合实践模式中课程配套实验板的设计及实践教学流程,并以“PT100测温仪的设计”实验项目为例详细介绍了具体实施过程,包括电路设计、仿真验证、硬件测试和项目实战。实践证明采用“虚实结合”的实践模式,能很好地满足新工科背景下对应用型人才实践能力和创新能力的培养要求。 In view of the problem that the practical teaching of the course of principles and applications of sensors is difficult to expand due to the constraints of space and time,the problems existing in the traditional experiment box mode are analyzed,and a practical teaching mode based on the“combination of virtual and real”is proposed.This paper introduces the design and practical teaching process of the course supporting experiment board in the combination of virtual and real practice mode,and takes the experimental project of“PT100 Thermometer Design”as an example to introduce the specific implementation process in detail,which consists of circuit design,simulation verification,hardware testing and project practice.Practice has proved that the practice mode of“combination of virtual and real”can well meet the cultivation requirements of practical ability and innovation ability of applied talents in the context of new engineering.
