摘要
针对打叶复烤生产过程中打后叶片结构大片比例超标及大、中片比例偏低的问题,设计了一种双层辊式筛分破解系统。该系统由皮带输送机、振动输送机、双层辊轴筛分破解设备组成,通过皮带输送机和振动输送机松散和摊薄烟叶,提升筛分效率;利用辊式筛分破解设备对片烟进行剪切,以减少片烟外形尺寸,并筛分出片烟中大、中、小尺寸的片烟。以永州复烤厂C3F烤烟烟叶为对象,进行6次筛分破解试验,结果表明:经辊式筛分破解系统处理后,大片率(>25.40 mm)下降了11.92%;中片率(6.35~25.40 mm)提高了9.60%;小片率(2.36~6.35 mm)增加了2.11%,碎片率(<2.36 mm)增加了0.29%。
In order to obtain reasonable structure and size of tobacco in threshing and redrying production,a double-layer roller screening and cracking system was designed.The system is composed of belt conveyor,vibrating conveyor and double-layer roller screening and cracking equipment.Loose and thin materials through belt conveyor and vibrating conveyor to improve screening efficiency;The roll screening and cracking equipment is used to cut the tobacco to reduce the area of tobacco and screen out the large,medium and small sized tobacco.Taking C3F flue-cured tobacco leaves of a tobacco factory as the object,six screening and cracking experiments were carried out.The results showed that the percentage of large pieces(>25.40 mm)decreased by 11.92%after being treated by roller screening and cracking system;the middle slice rate(6.35-25.40 mm)increased by 9.60%;the fraction of small pieces(2.36-6.35 mm)increased by 2.11%,and the fraction(<2.36 mm)increased by 0.29%.
