乡村振兴背景下内蒙古农牧业龙头企业发挥作用分析

Analysis on the Role of Leading Enterprises in Agriculture and Animal Husbandry in Inner Mongolia Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

农业产业化龙头企业利用资本、技术、人才等优势,通过向产业价值链上游种养环节和下游销售环节延伸,推进一二三产业融合,是乡村产业兴旺的生力军,是实施乡村振兴战略的中坚力量。通过农业龙头企业带动乡村产业振兴,对于实现“三农”发展目标、激发农业农村活力具有重要的现实意义。以内蒙古农牧业龙头企业为研究对象,探索了龙头企业对乡村振兴的促进作用,提出了重点扶持规模化的农业龙头企业、提高龙头企业的科技创新能力、构建稳定的利益联结机制以及优化营商政策环境的对策建议,旨在进一步提升内蒙古农牧业龙头企业服务乡村振兴的能力,促进农业农村的高质量发展。

Leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization take advantage of capital,technology,talent,and other advantages to promote the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries by extending to the upstream planting and breeding links and downstream sales links of the industrial value chain,and are the new force for the prosperity of rural industries and the backbone of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Promoting the revitalization of rural industries through leading agricultural enterprises is of great practical significance for realizing the development goals of relating to agriculture,rural areas,and rural people and stimulating the vitality of agriculture and rural areas.This paper takes the leading agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises in Inner Mongolia as the research object,explores the role of leading enterprises in promoting rural revitalization,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on focusing on supporting large-scale leading agricultural enterprises,improving the scientific and technological innovation ability of leading enterprises,building a stable interest linkage mechanism,and optimizing the business policy environment.It aims to further enhance the ability of leading enterprises in agriculture and animal husbandry in Inner Mongolia to serve rural revitalization and promote the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas.
