宠物诊疗方向兽医专业硕士人才培养研究

Research on the cultivation of veterinary master’s degree talents training in the field of pet diagnosis and treatment

本文分析了宠物诊疗方向兽医专业硕士人才培养体系现状,认为部分实践基地有待进一步优化,部分导师队伍临床经验有待进一步丰富,部分课程设置合理性有待进一步提升,部分生源质量有待进一步提高。对此,提出相应措施,包括通过内强外联,加强临床实践教学基地建设;加强校企合作,落实“双导师”制,并积极建立校企利益联结机制;优化培养模式和课程设置,针对专硕人才培养特点制定合理的学位论文评价标准;打通本硕人才培养过程,提高生源质量。本文为高层次宠物诊疗人才的培养提供参考。

The current situation of the veterinary master’s training system in the field of pet diagnosis and treatment was analyzed,and proposed that some practical base needs to be further optimized,the mentor team needs to further enrich their clinical experience,the rationality of the curriculum needs to be further improved,and the overall quality of the student source needs to be further improved.Corresponding measures was proposed,including strengthening the construction of clinical practice teaching bases through internal and external connections;Strengthening school enterprise cooperation,implementing the“dual mentor”system,and actively establishing a mechanism for linking school enterprise interests;Optimizing the training model and curriculum design,and developing reasonable evaluation standards for thesis based on the characteristics of professional master’s degree programs;Connecting the process of undergraduate and graduate education to improve the quality of student sources.This article provided references for cultivating high-level pet diagnosis and treatment talents.
