摘要
本文以绿色食品生产技术专业食品微生物检测技术课程为研究对象,从过程性评价、评价主体和综合能力与素养3个方面对该课程学生评价现状进行分析。对学生评价改革进行实践,包括建立多维度评价体系,强化周期性、过程性考核,探索学习过程的增值性评价。实践教学成效表明,改革后,学生学习态度更加积极、专业技能水平和综合素质有所提高,学习信心大幅增强,并实现了与工作岗位的有效对接。为教育评价改革提供参考。
The course of Food Microbiological Detection Technology in the Green Food Production Technology major was taken as the research object,the current evaluation status of students in this course was analyzed from 3 aspects:process evaluation,evaluation subject,and comprehensive ability and literacy.Practiced the reform of student evaluation,including establishing a multidimensional evaluation system,strengthening periodic process assessments,and exploring value-added evaluations of the learning process.The effectiveness of practical teaching had shown that after the reform,students’learning attitudes had became more positive,their professional skills and comprehensive qualities had improved,their learning confidence had significantly increased,and effective integration with job positions had been achieved.Provided references for educational evaluation reform.
