酸性与非酸性体系测定反应液中铑方法对比

摘要 甲醇羰基化合成醋酸法,铑作为醋酸装置反应中的催化剂,含量需要控制在一个最佳的浓度范围内,所以铑含量的准确测定就显的尤为重要。本文比较了两种不同的前期处理方法所得结果对反应釜内铑含量的确定表征符合数理统计。实验结果表明:非酸性体系原子吸收光谱法测铑的最大吸收波长在343.6nm,铑离子浓度与吸光度值之间符合朗伯-比尔定律,具有良好的线性关系,其吸光度与铑离子浓度成正比,与标准系列比较确定铑含量,通过符合数理统计数据表征,结果准确可靠,可稳定反映反应釜内催化剂含量,并指导生产,同时减少设备腐蚀,降低设备故障率,提高设备使用寿命,环境友好,降本增效。 In methanol carbonylation to acetic acid method,rhodium as the catalyst in acetic acid reaction,the content needs to be controlled in an optimal concentration range,so the accurate determination of rhodium content is particularly important.In this paper,the results of two different pretreatment methods were compared to determine and characterize the rhodium content in the reactor in accordance with mathematical statistics.The experimental results show that:The maximum absorption wavelength of rhodium measured by non-acid system atomic absorption spectrometry is 343.6nm,and the rhodium concentration and absorbance value conform to Lambert-Beer law,which has a good linear relationship.The absorbance is proportional to the rhodium concentration,and the rhodium content is determined by comparing with the standard series.The results are accurate and reliable by conforming to the mathematical statistical data.It can stably reflect the catalyst content in the reactor,and guide the production,while reducing the corrosion of equipment,reducing the failure rate of equipment,improving the service life of equipment,environmental friendly,cost reduction and efficiency.
