摘要
本文通过宏观检验、光谱检测、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法,对某装置引压管泄漏原因进行了分析研究。结果表明:该装置引压管泄漏主要原因是:Cl离子应力腐蚀开裂。
This article analyzes and studies the causes of leakage in the pressure pipe of a certain device through methods such as macroscopic examination,spectral detection,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscopy,and energy spectrum analysis.The results indicate that the main cause of leakage in the pressure pipe of the device is Cl ion stress corrosion cracking.
