摘要
锅炉腐蚀是锅炉运行中常见的问题之一,不仅会影响锅炉的安全运行,还会导致能源浪费和环境污染。燃烧过程中产生的烟气中的化学物质,如硫、氯等,会引起金属腐蚀。为了解决这一问题,本研究采用燃烧数值调整的方法,通过优化燃烧参数,减少燃烧产物中有害物质的含量,降低腐蚀的风险。
Boiler corrosion is one of the common problems in boiler operation,which not only affects the safe operation of the boiler but also leads to energy waste and environmental pollution.Chemical substances in the flue gas produced during combustion,such as sulfur and chlorine,can cause metal corrosion.To address this issue,this study employs the method of combustion numerical adjustment.By optimizing combustion parameters,the content of harmful substances in the combustion products is reduced,thereby lowering the risk of corrosion.
