基于数据挖掘探析中医药治疗特发性肺纤维化组方用药规律

摘要 目的探析中医药治疗特发性肺纤维化(IPF)的用药规律,为临床诊疗提供参考。方法搜索并整理CNKI、万方、维普等数据库中的有效医案,将医案进行规范处理,创建标准化医案数据库,将医案导入古今医案云平台进行分析用药频次、四气、五味、归经、核心处方等规律。结果共纳入119篇文献,涵盖119首方剂,包含中药279味,其药物多为甘、平、温、苦寒之品,药物多入肺脾肝经。聚类结果包含3类,麻黄-苦杏仁、川芎-黄芪、黄芪-丹参、桔梗-黄芪、麻黄-甘草、甘草-当归为使用频次较高的药物组合。结论通过数据分析,得出中医药治疗IPF的核心处方为黄芪、杏仁、桔梗、麻黄、当归、丹参、甘草。 OBJECTIVE To explore the rule of medicine in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)with traditional Chinese medicine,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.METHODS The effective medical records from CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu and other databases were searched and sorted out.The medical records were standardized and compiled into a database.These records were then analyzed on the Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform to identify patterns in drug frequency,four gases,five flavors,meridian tropism,and core prescriptions.RESULTS A total of 119 literatures were included,covering 119 prescriptions and 279 traditional Chinese medicines.The majority of these herbs were characterized as sweet,neutral,warm,or bitter-cold and were mainly associated with the lung,spleen,and liver meridians.The clustering results included three categories,ephedrin-bitter almond,Chuanxiong-Astragalus,Astragalus-Salviorrhiza,platycodon-Astragalus,ephedrin-Licorice,licorice-Angelica were the drug combinations with high frequency of use.CONCLUSION Through data analysis,it is concluded that the core prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for IPF are Astragalus,bitter almond,platycodon,ephedra,Angelica sinensis,salvia miltiorrhiza and licorice.
