内镜下窄带成像技术在结肠息肉样病变诊断中的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨内镜下窄带成像技术在结肠息肉样病变诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2021年8月至2023年8月我院收治的62例结肠息肉样病变患者,均接受普通内镜下检查与内镜下窄带成像技术检查。以病理诊断结果作为“金标准”,对比两种检查方法单独及联合对结肠息肉样病变的诊断效能。结果病理检查结果证实,62例结肠息肉样病变患者共检查出97个病灶,其中肿瘤性病灶57个,非肿瘤性病灶40个。普通内镜检查出肿瘤性病灶39个,非肿瘤性病灶40;内镜下窄带成像技术检查出肿瘤性病灶47个,非肿瘤性病灶35;联合检查出肿瘤性病灶55个,非肿瘤性病灶38个。普通内镜检查联合内镜下窄带成像技术检查诊断结肠息肉样病变的灵敏度、准确度均高于单独检查(P<0.05)。结论内镜下窄带成像技术诊断结肠息肉样病变的价值较高,联合检查可提高对结肠息肉样病变诊断的灵敏度和准确度。 Objective To explore the application value of endoscopic narrow-band imaging technique in the diagnosis of colon polypoid lesions.Methods 62 patients with colonic polypoid lesions admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected and given conventional endoscopy and endoscopic narrow-band imaging technique.Taking pathological diagnosis results as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy of single or combined examination for colon polypoid lesions.Results The pathological examination results confirmed that 97 lesions in 62 patients with colon polypoid lesions,including 57 neoplastic lesions and 40 non-neoplastic lesions.Conventional endoscopy revealed 39 neoplastic lesions and 40 non-neoplastic lesions.47 neoplastic lesions and 35 non-neoplastic lesions were detected by endoscopic narrow-band imaging technology.The combined examination showed 55 neoplastic lesions and 38 non-neoplastic lesions.The sensitivity and accuracy of conventional endoscopy combined with endoscopic narrow-band imaging technique in the diagnosis of colon polypoid lesions were higher than those of the single examination(P<0.05).Conclusions Endoscopic narrow-band imaging technique is of high value in the diagnosis of colon polypoid lesions,and the combined examination can improve the sensitivity and accuracy in thediagnosis of colonic polypoid lesions.
