基于中医体质辨识学说的个体化康复方案在老年慢性心衰患者中的应用

Application of Individualized Reh abilitation Program Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Identification Theory in Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨基于中医体质辨识学说的个体化康复方案在老年慢性心衰(CHF)患者中的应用效果。方法选择2020年5月至2022年5月我院收治的老年CHF患者60例,随机分为参照组和观察组各30例。除常规西医基础治疗外,参照组接受西医常规运动联合中药汤剂辨证施治,观察组接受基于中医体质辨识学说的个体化康复方案联合中药汤剂辨证施治。比较两组患者的心功能及生活质量。结果治疗2周后,观察组的NYHA心功能分级情况优于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组的SF-36评分均高于治疗前,且观察组SF-36评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论基于中医体质辨识学说的个体化康复方案在老年CHF患者治疗中应用效果显著,能够明显改善患者的心功能,提升其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of individualized rehabilitation program based on traditional Chinese medicine constitution identification theory in elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods 60 elderly CHF patients admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into reference group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).In addition to the basic treatment of conventional western medicine,the reference group received conventional western medicine exercise combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction for syndrome differentiation and treatment,and the observation group received individualized rehabilitation program based on traditional Chinese medicine constitution identification theory combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction for syndrome differentiation and treatment.The cardiac function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the NYHA cardiac function classification of the observation group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Individualized rehabilitation program based on traditional Chinese medicine constitution identification theory has significant effect in the treatment of elderly CHF patients,and can significantly improve the cardiac function and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
