0.01%阿托品滴眼液对6~10岁近视儿童眼球生物学参数的影响

摘要 目的探讨0.01%阿托品滴眼液对6~10岁近视儿童眼球生物学参数的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月我院收治的84例6~10岁近视儿童,随机分为研究组(n=42)和对照组(n=42)。对照组仅佩戴全矫单焦框架眼镜治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上给予0.01%阿托品滴眼液治疗,比较两组的眼球生物学参数及不良反应。结果两组儿童治疗前后的眼压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的眼轴长度、等效球镜度数低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为14.29%,与对照组的4.76%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论0.01%阿托品滴眼液治疗6~10岁近视儿童能够有效延缓其眼轴长度、等效球镜度数增加,但对其眼压无显著影响,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the impact of 0.01%atropine eye drops on ocular biological parameters of myopic children aged 6-10 years.Methods 84 myopic children aged 6-10 years admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=42)and control group(n=42).The control group was only treated with full-corrected single-focus frame glasses,and the study group was treated with 0.01%atropine eye drops on the basis of the control group.The ocular biological parameters and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results No statistical difference was found in the intraocular pressure between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the axial length and spherical equivalent degree of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 14.29%,which had no statistical difference with 4.76%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions 0.01%atropine eye drops can effectively delay the increase of axial length and spherical equivalent degree in myopic children aged 6-10 years,but has no significant impact on intraocular pressure with higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
