多学科协作护理模式在重症急性胰腺炎患者中的应用

摘要 目的探讨多学科协作护理模式在重症急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取74例重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组(37例)和观察组(37例)。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上予以多学科协作护理模式干预。比较两组的ESCA评分、中文版健康行为能力自评量表(SRAHP)评分、营养状况[血清白蛋白(ALB)、血浆前白蛋白(PA)水平]及喂养不耐受发生率。结果干预后,观察组ESCA评分、SRAHP评分及ALB、PA水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组腹胀、腹泻、恶心、肠内营养中断发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作护理模式可明显提高重症急性胰腺炎患者的自护能力及健康行为能力,改善其营养状况,降低喂养不耐受发生率。 Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model in patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods 74 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected and randomly divided into control group(37 cases)and observation group(37 cases).The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model intervention on the basis of the control group.The ESCA score,SRAHP score,nutritional status(ALB and PA levels)and the incidence of feeding intolerance were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the ESCA score,SRAHP score,ALB and PA levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of abdominal distension,diarrhea,nausea and enteral nutrition interruption in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model can significantly enhance the self-care ability and health behavior ability of patients with severe acute pancreatitis,improve the nutritional status of patients,and reduce the incidence of feeding intolerance.
