家属协同护理对脑肿瘤手术患儿舒适度及并发症的影响

Impact of Family Collaborative Nursing on Comfort Degree and Complications of Children Undergoing Brain Tumor Surgery

目的探讨家属协同护理对脑肿瘤手术患儿舒适度及并发症的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2024年1月在我院行手术治疗的脑肿瘤患儿70例,随机分为参照组(35例)和研究组(35例)。参照组采用常规护理,研究组在参照组基础上采用家属协同护理,均持续护理至患儿出院。比较两组患儿的舒适度及并发症发生率。结果研究组护理后的舒适状况量表(GCQ)各维度评分高于参照组,并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论家属协同护理可明显提升脑肿瘤手术患儿的舒适度,降低并发症发生风险,值得临床借鉴应用。

Objective To explore the impact of family collaborative nursing on comfort degree and complications of children undergoing brain tumor surgery.Methods 70 children with brain tumors undergoing surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into reference group(35 cases)and study group(35 cases).The reference group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given family collaborative nursing on the basis of the reference group.Both groups were continuously nursed until the children were discharged.The comfort degree and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of each dimension of the general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)after nursing in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Family collaborative nursing can significantly improve the comfort degree of children undergoing brain tumor surgery and reduce the risk of complications,which is worthy of clinical reference and application.
