无烟煤和针状焦混合石墨化研究

Study on the graphitization of the mixture of anthracite and needle coke

摘要 采用无烟煤制备人造石墨是实现煤炭高值化利用的重要途径之一,但因煤中杂质较多、有机大分子结构复杂,石墨化程度一直难以提高。针状焦作为制备高质量人造石墨的原料,成本较高。结合无烟煤和针状焦各自优势,开展了混合石墨化研究。以太西无烟煤和油系针状焦为研究对象,研究了不同混合比例下制备的人造石墨特性,对比表征不同混合比例制备出的石墨化产物在热处理过程中的芳香结构演化规律。实验结果表明,纯无烟煤基石墨的石墨化度为80.61%,纯针状焦基石墨的石墨化度为86.42%。相较于无烟煤直接石墨化,随着针状焦混入量的增加,混合石墨产物的石墨化度逐渐提高。同时发现掺入75%~95%针状焦的石墨化产物相比于纯针状焦基石墨的石墨化度显著增强,高达89.18%。此外,所得石墨化产物的sp2杂化有序程度更高,且三维石墨晶格发育趋于完善,HRTEM展现出定向性增高、长度增加和芳香条纹排列有序度显著增强的过程。 The use of anthracite coal to prepare artificial graphite is one of the important ways to realize the high-value utilization of coal,but the degree of graphitization is difficult to improve because of the high impurities in coal and the complex structure of organic macromolecules.Needle coke,as a raw material for the preparation of high-quality artificial graphite,is in tight supply.This paper combines the respective advantages of anthracite and needle coke to carry out a hybrid graphitization study.The characteristics of artificial graphite prepared with different mixing ratios were studied,and the aromatic structure evolution of graphitized products prepared with different mixing ratios during heat treatment was compared and characterized with the anthracite and oil needle coke as the research objects.The experimental results show that the graphitization degree of pure anthracite-based graphite is 80.61%,and that of pure needle coke-based graphite is 86.42%.Compared with the direct graphitization of anthracite,the graphitization degree of the mixed graphite products gradually increased with the increase of needle coke blending.It was also found that the graphitization degree of the graphitization products blended with 75%~95%needle coke was significantly enhanced up to 89.18%compared to pure needle coke based graphite.In addition,the resulting graphitized products have a higher degree of sp2 hybridization ordering,and the 3D graphite lattice development tends to be perfected,and the HRTEM exhibits the process of higher orientation,increased length,and significant enhancement of the ordering of the aromatic stripe arrangement.
