摘要
以不同类型的煅后焦为骨料,中温沥青为黏结剂制备高密高强等静压石墨,考察了原料结构对各向同性石墨制品性能的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜表征原料与成品的微结构与形貌;利用X射线衍射表征成品石墨化度;利用万能力学试验机、电阻率测试仪和热膨胀系数仪分别测试表征成品力学、电学和热学性能。结果表明,从微观形貌上对比,颗粒状原料制品机械性能高于片状与纤维状原料。相同工艺条件下,C焦制品性能最好,体积密度达到1.913 g/cm^(3),抗折强度为82.5 MPa,抗压强度为173.2 MPa。
The isostatic pressed graphite with high density and high strength was prepared with different types of calcined coke as ag-gregate and medium coaltar pitch as binder.The effect of raw material structure on the properties of isotropic graphite products was investigated.The microstructure and morphology of raw materials and finished products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy.The graphitization degree of the product was characterized by X-ray diffraction.The mechanical,electrical and thermal properties of the finished products were measured and characterized by universal mechanical testing machine,resistivity tester and thermal expansion coefficient tester,respectively.The results show that the mechanical properties of granular raw materials are higher than those of flake and fibrous raw materials.Under the same process conditions,the performance of products from C raw coke is the best with the bulk density of 1.913 g/cm^(3),the bending strength of 82.5 MPa,and the compressive strength of 173.2 MPa.
