数字经济与三农产业融合机制创新研究

Research on the Innovative Integration Mechanism between Digital Economy and Agriculture,Rural Areas,and Farmers

本文基于数字经济与数字赋能三农产业概念,分析了目前数字经济赋能三农产业过程中存在的问题,包括生产方式仍待改进、产业结构仍不合理、资源开发力度不足、人才专业能力欠缺;最后提出数字经济与三农产业融合机制的创新路径,包括利用数字技术优势推动生产体系转型,通过数字信息平台强化产业综合产能,运用数字经济理念落实生态建设工作,强化乡村人才数字化能力水平。旨在丰富该领域研究成果,推动我国三农产业与数字经济融合,实现三农产业可持续发展。

Based on the concepts of digital economy and digital empowerment in agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,this paper analyzes the current issues in the process of empowering the agricultural sector through the digital economy.These issues include the need for improved production methods,an irrational industrial structure,insufficient resource development,and a lack of professional talent.Finally,the paper proposes innovative pathways for integrating the digital economy with agriculture,rural areas,and farmers.These include leveraging the advantages of digital technology to transform the production system,strengthening industrial capacity through digital information platforms,implementing ecological construction work using digital economy concepts,and enhancing the digital capabilities of rural talent.The aim is to enrich the research findings in this field,promote the integration of China's agriculture,rural areas,and farmers with the digital economy,and achieve sustainable development of the agricultural sector.
