摘要
某炼厂常减压装置于2022年3月15日进行了停工检修。文章分析了停工吹扫过程中影响密闭吹扫效果的因素,并对退油流程以及常压塔顶气相蒸煮流程进行了优化。通过采用柴油超级清洗技术和气相净化技术,该炼厂成功减少了污水排放和异味产生,有效保护了环境和员工的健康。同时,这些先进技术的应用还显著提高了设备的运行效率和内部清洁度,确保了设备的正常运行状态和生产效率。此次绿色停工检修不仅实现了环境保护的目标,还带来了生产效益的双重提升。
A refinery’s atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit underwent shutdown maintenance on March 15,2022.The paper analyzes the factors affecting the effectiveness of enclosed purging during the shutdown blowing-out process and optimizes the oil drainage process and the vapor steaming process at the top of the atmospheric tower.By adopting diesel super-cleaning technology and vapor purification technology,the ref inery successfully reduced sewage discharge and odor generation,effectively protecting the environment and employee health.Additionally,the application of these advanced technologies signif icantly improved the operational efficiency and internal cleanliness of the equipment,ensuring its normal operating status and production efficiency.This green shutdown maintenance not only achieved the goal of environmental protection but also brought about a dual enhancement in production benef its.
