烟气脱硝催化剂的研究

摘要 文章探讨了烟气脱硝催化剂的性能优化及其抗SO_(2)中毒能力。通过构建微反固定床反应系统,对催化剂进行精确的反应评价,并利用先进的烟气分析仪对反应后气体成分进行细致分析。研究聚焦于Cu、Ce物种的引入对催化剂脱硝效果的影响,发现其不仅显著提升了脱硝反应的效率,还增强了催化剂在SO_(2)负载条件下的稳定性,有效抵抗了SO_(2)中毒现象。本研究为开发可靠的烟气脱硝催化剂提供了理论指导,对推动烟气脱硝技术的进步具有重要意义。 This paper investigates the performance optimization of flue gas denitrif ication catalysts and their resistance to SO_(2)poisoning.By constructing a micro-reactor f ixed-bed reaction system,precise reaction evaluations of the catalysts were conducted,and an advanced flue gas analyzer was utilized to conduct detailed analysis of the post-reaction gas composition.The research focuses on the impact of introducing Cu and Ce species on the denitrif ication efficiency of the catalysts,revealing that their incorporation not only signif icantly enhances the efficiency of the denitrif ication reaction but also improves the stability of the catalysts under SO_(2)-laden conditions,effectively resisting SO_(2)poisoning.This study provides theoretical guidance for the development of reliable flue gas denitrif ication catalysts and holds signif icant implications for advancing the technology of flue gas denitrif ication.
