一种基于乙烯焦油聚合反应的装置及工艺

摘要 高软化点包覆沥青是一种作为锂电池负极包覆材料可提升首充可逆容量、循环稳定性以及电池倍率性能的新型碳材料。文章以乙烯焦油为原料,通过优化反应釜和聚合工艺流程,强化反应过程,提高催化反应的均一性,实现结焦值和收率增加的效果。研究表明,高软化点包覆沥青的制备优化参数为预热温度为180℃,催化剂添加为0.5%(质量百分数),一级反应釜反应温度为240℃,二级反应釜反应温度为320℃,三级反应釜反应温度为380℃,各级反应釜搅拌转速为3000 r/min,反应时间为480 min,反应压力为1 MPaG,可为高软化点包覆沥青的生产过程提供工艺参考。 High softening point coated asphalt is a new carbon material that can improve the reversible capacity of f irst charge,cycle stability and battery rate performance as a negative electrode coating material for lithium batteries.In this paper,using ethylene tar as raw material,the homogeneity of catalytic reaction was improved by optimizing the reactor and polymerization process,strengthening the reaction process,and increasing the coking value and yield.The research shows that the optimum preparation parameters of the high softening point covered asphalt were as follows:preheating temperature of 180℃,catalyst addition of 0.5%(mass percentage),primary reactor reaction temperature of 240℃,secondary reactor reaction temperature of 320℃,tertiary reactor reaction temperature of 380℃,stirring speed of all levels of reactor was 3000 r/min.The reaction time was 480 min and the reaction pressure was 1 MPaG.The results can provide a reference for the production process of high softening point coated asphalt.
