高速公路在新建或扩建过程中,与既有长输油气管道发生临近并行或者交叉运行的情况逐渐增多。文章结合交叉和临近并行的常见情况,根据油气管道和公路建设相关法律法规和标准规范,提出了不同情况下的保护措施,为保障新建扩建高速公路与既有长输油气管道临近并行或交叉运行时的安全性提供一些参考。

In the process of new construction or expansion,there are more and more cases of near parallel or cross operation between expressway and existing long-haul oil and gas pipelines.According to the relevant laws,regulations and standards of oil and gas pipeline and highway construction,this paper puts forward some protection measures under different circumstances,and provides some references for ensuring the safety of the new and extended expressway and the existing long distance oil and gas pipeline running in parallel or cross.
