摘要
本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,剖析数字经济驱动体育用品制造业高质量发展的理论框架、要素协同与创新路径。研究认为:数字经济驱动催生体育用品制造新业态与消费新模式,形成供需精准匹配、运行逻辑数字化、基本结构集成化、发展目标多向度的理论框架,技术、数据、产品、人才、渠道五要素协同助推体育用品制造业高质量发展。据此,提出创新路径:健全数字治理制度,精准供给政策法规;提高数字治理能力,精准配置体育用品制造资源;建立协同共治机制,促进治理主体双向触达;调整数字治理结构,完善立体监管机制。
This paper analyzes the theoretical framework,factor synergy and innovation path of the digital economy driving the high-quality development of sporting goods manufacturing industry by using literature review method,logical analysis method and other research methods.The study concludes that:the digital economy brings out a new type of sporting goods manufacturing industry and consumption mode,forming a precise matching of supply and demand,digitalization of operation logic,integration of basic structure,and a theoretical framework of multi-directionality of development goals;the synergy of the five elements,namely,technology,data,products,talents,and channels,boosts the high-quality development of the sporting goods manufacturing industry.Accordingly,this paper puts forward an innovative path of development:improve the digital governance system,and accurately supply the policies and regulations;improve the digital governance capacity,accurate allocation of sporting goods manufacturing resources;establish a collaborative governance mechanism to promote the two-way reach of the governing body;adjust the digital governance structure,improve the three-dimensional regulatory mechanism.
