国家职业教育改革背景下高职体育工作总体要求、困境审视与突破路径

Overall Requirements,Dilemmas and Breakthrough Paths of Higher Vocational Physical Education in the Context of National Vocational Education Reform

新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》为推动我国职业教育改革及高职体育工作高质量发展提供了新方向。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,以“总体要求—困境审视—突破路径”为逻辑主线,对新一轮职业教育改革背景下的高职体育工作进行分析。研究发现,目前职业教育改革背景下高职体育工作的总体要求主要表现为提升职业人才培养质量、建立职业教育制度体系、优化教育教学资源配置。在实现总体要求过程中,目前高职体育工作的开展存在以下困境:体育课程设置滞后,教学模式略显单一;体育教学资源匮乏,教学活动开展受限;课堂思政教育薄弱,课程思政体系缺失。基于此,提出相关突破路径:优化体育课程设置,丰富教学模式;保障体育资源配置,满足教学需求;提升思政教学能力,完善思政体系。

The implementation of the newly revised Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China provides a new direction for promoting the reform of vocational education and the high-quality development of higher vocational physical education in China.Through research methods such as literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the work of higher vocational education under the background of the new round of vocational education reform through the logical main line of"general requirement-dilemma review-breakthrough path".It is found that the general requirements of higher vocational physical education under the background of vocational education reform are mainly manifested as:improving the quality of vocational personnel training,establishing the system of vocational education,and optimizing the allocation of education and teaching resources.However,in the process of realizing the overall requirements,the development of higher vocational physical education work presents the following problems:physical education curriculum lag,teaching mode slightly single,lack of physical education teaching resources,limited teaching activities,weak classroom ideological education weak classroom ideological and political education,and lack of ideological and political system.Based on this,the relevant breakthrough paths have been proposed:optimize the physical education curriculum setting,enrich the teaching mode,guarantee the allocation of physical education resources,meet the teaching needs,improve the ideological and political teaching ability,and improve the ideological and political education system.
