摘要
本文运用文献资料法、实验法、对比分析法等研究方法,根据学习注意力评估量表、注意力稳定性测试量表、集中注意力测试量表和视觉跟踪能力测试量表对“微运动”干预前后及实验结束后1月内学生的学习注意力变化。研究发现:1)“微运动”干预前后,学生的学习注意力的集中性具有明显差异性,且实验结束1个月后仍显著;2)“微运动”干预也显著提高了学生的视觉跟踪能力,并在实验1个月后仍显著;3)“微运动”干预前后对于学习注意力的稳定性无显著差异。因此,“微运动”在增强大学生学习注意力的集中性和视觉跟踪能力方面具有积极作用,但对于提高大学生学习注意力的稳定性则无明显效果。
This paper adopts the methods of literature,experiment and comparative analysis,and analyzes the changes of students'learning attention before and after the"micro-exercise"intervention within one month after the experiment,according to the learning attention assessment scale,attention stability test scale,focused attention test scale and visual tracking ability test scale.The results showed that:1)The concentration of students'learning attention was significantly different before and after the"micro-exercise"intervention,and it was still significant one month after the experiment;2)the"micro-exercise"intervention also significantly improved the students'visual tracking ability,which was still significant one month after the experiment;3)there was no significant difference in the stability of learning attention before and after"micro-exercise"intervention.Therefore,"micro-exercise"has a positive effect on enhancing the concentration of college students'learning attention and visual tracking ability,but has no obvious effect on improving the stability of college students'learning attention.
