基于退化剥离草皮的土壤重构技术

摘要 资源化利用高寒草甸区因工程建设造成的退化剥离草皮,以施工现场堆置的剥离沙化退化草皮为研究对象。通过正交实验法探讨改性有机材料掺量、植物纤维种类、纤维掺量和纤维长度对高寒草甸退化剥离草皮的质量提升作用。综合分析重构草皮土壤理化性质、土壤酶活性、土壤微生物特征,并结合植物生长状况,通过极差分析确定各因素的最优配比。研究结果显示:改性有机材料掺量、纤维种类、纤维掺量、纤维长度对重构草皮综合质量的影响依次减弱;最佳草皮重构添加材料配比为0.5%改性有机材料、1.2%椰丝纤维,椰丝纤维长度为5 cm。该研究结果不仅为高寒草甸区植被恢复提供了可移植、适应性强且能够快速实现绿化建植的生态防护手段,同时为高寒草甸工程扰损区生态修复提供了技术支持。 Resource utilization of degraded stripped Turfs caused by engineering construction in the alpine meadow area,with the focus on degraded stripped Turfs stored on site.The effects of modified organic material content,plant fiber species,fiber content,and fiber length on the quality improvement of degraded stripped Turfs in alpine meadows were investigated by orthogonal experimental design.Comprehensive analysis was conducted on the soil physicochemical properties,soil enzyme activity,soil microbial characteristics of reconstructed turfs,combined with plant growth conditions,and the optimal ratio of each factor was determined through range analysis.The research results showed that the effects of modified organic material content,fiber species,fiber content,and fiber length on the comprehensive quality of reconstructed turfs decreased sequentially.The optimal ratio of turfs reconstruction additive materials was 0.5%modified organic material,1.2%coconut fiber,with a fiber length of 5 cm.This study not only provided an ecological protection measure for transplantable,adaptable,and rapid greening of vegetation restoration in alpine meadow areas,but also provided technical support for ecological restoration in disturbance areas of alpine meadows engineering.
