摘要
肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAM)是肿瘤微环境(TME)的重要组成部分,与多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的发生、发展关系密切。TAM作为TME中最重要的免疫细胞,既可调节机体免疫应答和TME中相关炎性因子的分泌,又可通过激活部分信号通路、抑制免疫反应等促进MM细胞的存活、增殖,与MM患者的治疗效果和预后密切相关。了解TAM的致病机制对控制MM细胞增殖及改善患者预后尤为重要。笔者通过TAM的作用机制及生物学功能、TAM在MM发病和进展中的作用,以及靶向TAM的MM治疗等方面的研究现状进行阐述,旨在为MM治疗提供新思路。
Tumor associated macrophages(TAM)are an important component of the tumor microenvironment(TME),which are closely related to the occurrence and development of multiple myeloma(MM).As the most important immune cells in TME,TAM can not only regulate the body′s immune response and the secretion of related inflammatory factors in TME,but also promote the survival and proliferation of MM cells by activating some signaling pathways and inhibiting the immune response,which is closely related to the treatment effect and prognosis of MM patients.Understanding the pathogenic mechanism of TAM is particularly important for addressing the proliferation of MM cells and improve patients′prognosis.This article elaborates on the current research status through the mechanism of action and biological function of TAM,its role in the pathogenesis and progression of MM,as well as the MM treatment targeting TAM,aiming to provide new ideas for the treatment of MM.
