浙江省分布式光伏空间分布驱动因素研究

Research on driving factors of distributed photovoltaic spatial distribution in Zhejiang Province

摘要 针对当下分布式光伏发展速度较快,但关于其空间分布驱动因素的研究较少,缺乏驱动因素评价体系理清因子之间相互关系的问题,基于预训练好的ST-UNet网络提取浙江省遥感影像中建筑物屋顶、农业大棚、水体与高速公路沿线四类分布式光伏分布数据,并利用皮尔逊相关系数对预选取的驱动因子进行评估,从地形条件、气候条件、社会经济条件3个方面共选取八个因子构建指标体系,利用地理探测器探讨各因子对4类分布式光伏铺设的影响强度及其相互作用机制。结果表明,分布式光伏的分布受地形、气候和社会经济等方面多个因子共同作用;不同类型分布式光伏分布的主导驱动因素存在明显差异;对于自然条件约束较大的地区,分布式光伏发展可以着重从社会经济条件方面入手。本文研究结果为分布式光伏驱动因素研究提供了思路,并为各省因地制宜开展分布式光伏铺设选址与发展规划提供了科学依据。 Given the rapid development of distributed photovoltaics,there is limited research on the driving factors of their spatial distribution and a lack of a comprehensive evaluation system to clarify the interrelationships between these factors,this paper extracted datas on distributed photovoltaic distributions from building rooftops,agricultural greenhouses,water bodies,and areas along highways in Zhejiang Province using a pre-training ST-UNet network.Pearson correlation coefficient was utilized to assess the selected driving factors from three aspects:topographic conditions,climatic conditions,and socio-economic conditions,constructing an index system with eight factors.Geodetector was employed to explore the impact strength and interaction mechanisms of each factor on the four types of distributed photovoltaic deployments.The findings revealed that the distribution of distributed photovoltaics was influenced by multiple factors including topography,climate,and socio-economic conditions;There were significant differences in the dominant driving factors for the distribution of different types of distributed photovoltaics;In regions with considerable natural constraints,the development of distributed photovoltaics can primarily focus on socio-economic conditions.This study provides insights for research on the driving factors of distributed photovoltaics and offers a scientific basis for tailored site selection and development planning of distributed photovoltaics across various provinces.
