数字金融助推专精特新“小巨人”企业发展研究

Digital Finance Boosts the Development of Specialized and Innovative"Little Giant"Enterprises

专精特新“小巨人”企业是中小企业发展的排头兵,是推动社会经济发展、技术创新的源动力和主力军,但因企业自身情况、宏观经济环境与政策实施成效等原因,专精特新“小巨人”发展仍面临着融资约束等问题,研究数字金融助推专精特新“小巨人”企业发展具有重要的现实意义与理论价值。本文基于2016-2021年中国数字普惠金融指数以及专精特新“小巨人”企业创新发展水平,运用OLS模型实证分析了数字金融对专精特新“小巨人”企业创新发展的影响。研究发现,数字金融发展总体上有力地促进了专精特新“小巨人”企业的创新发展,其中对专精特新“小巨人”企业精细化发展促进作用最为显著,新颖化次之,特色化最末。由此提出,要培育多层次、稳定化的专精特新“小巨人”企业市场结构,加速身处产业链上的专精特新“小巨人”企业与上下游企业的合作进程,深化数字化转型,使得专精特新“小巨人”企业能够将资源更好的分配于细分领域研发创新,提升企业的盈利能力、融资水平以及研发产出。

Specialized and innovative"little giant"enterprises are the vanguard of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,and the source and main force to promote social and economic development and technological innovation.However,due to the enterprise's own situation,macroeconomic environment and policy implementation results,the development of specialized and innovative"lttle giant"enterprises still faces financing constraints and other problems.It is of great practical significance and theoretical value to study digital finance to promote the development of specialized and innovative"little giant"enterprises.Based on the 2016-2021 China Digital Inclusive Financial Index and the innovative development level of specialized and ultra-new"lttle giants"enterprises,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of digital finance on the innovative development of specialized and ultra-new"little giants"enterprises by using OLS model.The research finds that the development of digital finance has effectively promoted the innovative development of specialized and innovative"little giant"enterprises in general,among which the promotion of the refined development of specialized and innovative"little giant"enterprises is the most significant,followed by the novelization and characte ristic is the last.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate a multi-level and stable market structure of specialized and innovative"lttle giant"enterprises,accelerate the cooperation process between specialized and innovative"little giant"enterprises in the industrial chain and upstream and downstream enterprises,deepen digital transformation,so that specialized and innovative"little giant"enterprises can better allocate resources to research and development and innovation in subdivisions,and improve profitability,financing and R&D output.
