江西婺源地区农村成人高血压人群的心房颤动患病率调查

Prevalence of atrial fibrillation among adults with hypertensive in rural areas of Wuyuan,Jiangxi Province

目的了解农村高血压人群中的心房颤动(房颤)患病率、知晓率及治疗率情况,为房颤高危人群的精准防控提供依据。方法本研究是横断面研究。2022年6月至2022年8月对江西婺源全县17个乡镇的高血压人群进行体检,通过问卷收集人口学特征、生活行为方式、个人疾病史以及房颤知晓、治疗情况等信息,并进行血生化及心电图检查。房颤是通过行12导联心电图检查或自我报告房颤病史确定。结果最终纳入15939例高血压患者,年龄为(65.8±9.3)岁,其中,男7300例,知晓房颤人数764例。房颤患者642例,已知房颤249例,通过心电图新检测出房颤393例。642例房颤患者中进行治疗的人数为84例。高血压人群中的房颤患病率、知晓率及治疗率分别为4.03%(642/15939)、4.79%(764/15939)、13.08%(84/642)。结论高血压人群中的房颤知晓率及治疗率均偏低,亟需对房颤高危人群进行精准科学普及,更好地指导预防策略。

Objective To investigate the prevalence,awareness and treatment rate of atrial fibrillation(AF)in rural hypertensive population,and so asto provide scientific basis for accurate prevention and control of high-risk population of AF in the future.Methods The study was a cross-sectional study.From June 2022 to August 2022,17 township health centers in Wuyuan County,Jiangxi Province carried out the physical examination project for hypertension patients.The demographic characteristics,life style,personal disease history,knowledge and treatment of AF were collected by questionnaires,and blood biochemistry and electrocardiogram were performed.AF was determined by a 12-lead electrocardiogram or a self-reported history of AF.Results A total of 15939 hypertensive patients with a mean age of(65.8±9.3)years were enrolled,including 7300 males,and 764 were aware of AF.Of the 642 patients with AF,249 were diagnosed by history of AF,393 were newly detected by electrocardiogram,84 were treated.The prevalencerate,awareness rate,and treatment rate of AF were 4.03%(642/15939),4.79%(764/15939)and 13.08%(84/642),respectively.ConclusionThe awareness and treatment rate of AF in hypertensive population are both low,and it is urgent to popularize accurate science in high-risk population of AF to better guide the prevention strategy.
