摘要
目的探讨翻转课堂与TBL教学法联合对麻醉科住院医师规培教学的效果。方法选择2016-2022年本院的麻醉科住院医师规培学员54名,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各27名。对照组实施传统教学方法,观察组实施翻转课堂与TBL教学法联合模式。对比两组的考核成绩、各评价项目的满意度、学习总依从性、学习负面情绪及知识掌握情况。结果观察组的理论知识、综合分析、临床操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各评价项目的满意度均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的学习总依从率为92.59%,高于对照组的70.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学前,两组的学习负面情绪对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。教学后,观察组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的知识掌握率为96.30%,高于对照组为74.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于麻醉科住院医师规培教学实施翻转课堂与TBL教学法联合模式有助于提高学员成绩及其对学习的满意度,学习依从率高,学生的学习负面情绪较少,而且对知识的掌握程度高,因此值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of the combination of flipped classroom and TBL teaching method on the standardized training of anesthesiologists.Methods 54 resident anesthesiologists who received standardized training in our hospital from 2016 to 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the observation group received a combination of flipped classroom and TBL teaching methods.We compared the assessment scores,satisfaction with each evaluation item,overall learning compliance,negative learning emotions,and knowledge mastery between the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge,comprehensive analysis,and clinical operation scores of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction with each evaluation item in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was 92.59%,which was higher than 70.37%of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before teaching,there was no statistically significant difference in negative emotions between the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The knowledge mastery rate of the observation group was 96.30%,which was higher than 74.07%of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of the combined flipped classroom and TBL teaching method in the standardized training of anesthesiologists can help improve students'academic performance and satisfaction with learning,with a high compliance rate,less negative emotions towards learning,and a high level of knowledge mastery.Therefore,it is worth promoting and applying.
