细节管理基础上进行康复一体化护理对手深度烧伤患者预后的影响

Impact of integrated rehabilitation nursing based on detailed management on prognosis of patients with deep hand burns

目的探讨细节管理基础上进行康复一体化护理对手深度烧伤患者预后的影响,为手深度烧伤患者预后护理提供理论依据。方法选择2018年11月-2019年11月本院收治的134例手深度烧伤患者作为研究对象,随机数表法分为对照组与实验组两组,每组各67例。对照组患者实施常规的护理方法,实验组患者在细节管理基础上进行康复一体化护理,观察患者护理前后的FMA评分、ADL评分与腕关节背伸活动度等以及比较两组患者相关指标的统计学差异。结果两组患者护理前后FMA评分、ADL评分、腕关节背伸活动度差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着时间迁移,FMA评分、ADL评分、腕关节背伸活动度呈现显著上升趋势,治疗后实验组FMA评分、ADL评分、腕关节背伸活动度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者自我护理能力明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05),实验组患者色素沉着明显、瘢痕增生不良反应发生情况少于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论细节管理基础上进行康复一体化护理能有效地改善手深度烧伤的患者手部运动功能,减少不良反应的发生,有助于预后恢复,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation integrated nursing on the prognosis of patients with deep hand burns based on detailed management,and to provide a theoretical basis for the prognosis nursing of patients with deep hand burns.Methods From November 2018 to November 2019,134 patients with deep hand burns admitted to our hospital were enrolled as study subjects and were equally divided into a control group and an experimental group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing methods,while patients in the experimental group received integrated rehabilitation nursing based on detailed management.The FMA scores,ADL scores,and wrist joint dorsiflexion range of motion of the two groups of patients were observed before and after nursing,and the statistical differences of the indicators between the two groups were compared.Results The FMA scores,ADL scores,and wrist joint dorsiflexion range of motion were significantly different between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Over time,the FMA scores,ADL scores,and wrist joint dorsiflexion range of motion showed a significant upward trend.After treatment,the FMA scores,ADL scores,and wrist joint dorsiflexion range of motion in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-care ability of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pigmentation and scar hyperplasia in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Rehabilitation integrated nursing based on detailed management can effectively improve the hand motor function of patients with deep hand burns,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,contribute to prognosis and recovery,and improve the quality of life.
